I already have spoken highly of the short-back yoke that pairs with this, so I'll focus on the belt: This hippo belt provides a far mor comfortable and secure fit than the common shooter's belts being sold near my base. Its construction feels rugged, and the stitching is tidy. The cobra buckle can be strange at first to work with if you are unfamiliar with its operation as I was, but its rigidity under load is much appreciated.

Great product
The belt is exactly what you expected and want. Three rows high and wide enough to fit 5 pouches snugly. The material feels secure and durable to endure whatever you want to throw at it. You can use any normal yoke to attach onto its 6 d rings. Unlike other belts the molle finishes at my waist keeping the pouches on my back and sides where I like it, the whole belt fits well around my 30' waist and the adjusters are quick and easy to change. I got mine with the metal cobra buckle and that's solid.

Best Load Carrying Equipment Available
This belt system is amazing. It holds all the gear you need, is very comfortable under IOTV or other body armor, I opted for the suspenders to help with this. Their customer service is excellent, I am currently forward deployed and they worked with me to ship to an APO and got it to me much sooner then expected. Buy it. You won't be disappointed.

Quality Product, Quality Service
As a base layer for any load carrying kit, this belt is perfect. I purchased trying to develop a belt which would distribute weight around the hips but not ride up when bending over. It has also shown excellent integration with other kit products, both BRITTAC and other US-based companies. So far, this meets or exceeds everything I wanted it for. Not to mention, it shipped internationally within two weeks! Highly recommend!

My old rollpin buckle belt has now seen it's day and kept sliding loose. I upgraded to this as I wanted to try a new fastener and also needed a few extra loops. Everything is perfect, the quality is the best I've seen yet and I have yet to find somethign I dislike about the design. I would recommend this belt to anyone.
