- Securely holds CAT Tourniquet and 2 Cylumes in separate top and bottom compartment.
- Allows rapid access to both CAT Tourniquet and Cylumes.
- Designed to be worn horizontally on a belt.
- Constructed from Velcro Onewrap and Multicam Elastic.
- Superb build quality with laser cut fabric (heat sealed), precision automated sewing.
