British Tactical Coronavirus pandemic update
As a small factory we rely on a small team of dedicated machinists and utilise automated sewing processes to produce our kit. We run a small retail stock inventory and produce a number of items to order along with OEM commitments. When new products are introduced, orders are normally fulfilled and in stock within 7 to 14 days.
Recently we have seen a higher than normal demand for both our retail kit and OEM products. This would be welcomed at any other time, but now this increased demand along with scheduled staff absence has both reduced our stock holdings and allocated time fulfilling current orders and working on OEM commitments before restocking.
This would not normally cause any issues, but due to the coronavirus, social distancing, restrictions in travel and our personal circumstance of caring for a vulnerable person, we have asked our team members not to attend the factory for both their, ours and our families safety. This will reduce our production capabilities and in the short term we are unable to guarantee delivery times of the orders currently placed.
Presently, we have turned off the cart option on our website and will not be accepting any new orders.
Current orders will be fulfilled from stock and our temporary reduced production capabilities. We will prioritise these by order urgency then order date placed, urgent being orders to deployed personnel or those due for deployment.
Can anyone with current urgent deployment order requirements only, please contact us on the email below with your order requirement and date required.

We understand there will be orders placed for exercises on certain dates but cannot guarantee those orders will be completed in time.
We will be able to offer refunds for orders placed if you are unable to bear with us in the short term. We would ask you to consider this to be a last resort, as like all small companies at this time, your support and understanding of our situation is greatly appreciated.
Our commitment to you is that every order will be fulfilled and we will be working to implement safety procedures to allow us to continue taking orders as soon as physically possible.
We will still be showcasing a number of new items which are due to be launched and answering any and all questions.
We thank all our customers for your continued support and hope we can all get through this as safely as possible.
Stay safe,
Dave Stewart.
